Hey you! Thank you for being here, I’m so humbled and grateful that you are Visiting SCULPTD. My name is Taonga, I am what they call fun size; small but a whole lot of bubbly energy. I am a certified personal trainer, and the founder of SCULPTD Get to know me a little better: I started my fitness journey in 2017 because I was short and skinny and was tired of being mistaken as a child.... LOL I have always been active, I played netball for 6 years, and was that kid that looked forward to sport class.. but I fell in love with transforming my body through weight training, after a bad breakup left me feeling lost and insecure. I have been working with people who have special needs for over 4 years, and working with people who are physically disadvantaged (due to various poor health choices) sparked an interest and passion for learning and advocating for healthier lives In September 2020, I Enrolled at Fit college, to do a Cert IV fitness and become a personal trainer, with little to no knowledge of the fitness industry, and no actual plan besides a desire to help change lives. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe sustainability is the most important thing, because health is not just a 2 week fast or temporary change…..its the difference between living a high quality and enjoyable life, vs living a poorer quality of life with early onset diseases. Today, I exist to help change at least one persons life a day. The little seeds I sow today, will one day be a tree with fruit that feeds/ changes thousands Foundations and education are important to me. Instead of handing you the meal, I want to teach you how to fish, cook, and serve your own meal…so that you can sustain the change. To Equip, inspire and create safe spaces for you to transform is the mission. It’s my purpose. It’s SCULPTD.

Meal plans are personalised to you, for you, so its based off your likes, dislikes and goals
Can I book you to train for 6 months and pay in bulk

Can I join the challenges after they've started?
Unfortunately not, because the challenges include cash prizes for transformations, the process has to be fair and equal, everyone given the same amount of time and assistance. But if you wish to partake in any of the programs without competing, you can purchase them via the app or website and do them at your own pace.
